The Manager Business Development (Corporate) will focus on Business Development for Analytics Corporate Training and Resources divisions. He/She shall be the corporate interface and personally lead the institutional activity for Corporate training and resources.
This is an opportunity for an enterprising professional to develop the business in a high growth Technology area, backed by very strong delivery capabilities.
Salary:INR Fixed remuneration will match industry standards, with statutory perks. Variable remuneration linked to business performance would be in equal proportion with ample opportunity to grow dramatically.

An enterprising Business Development professional who can understand technology and has fundamental commercial acumen.
Should possess 3+ years of experience in Techno Commercial sales in I.T., I.T.E.S., Technical Education or I.T. Recruiting.
Preferred age group: Approx.26-30 years.
Though we have specified industries for experience, Sales professionals from other industries (particularly high value direct sales industries) who feel they match the skills required for this position are welcome.
Education background: B.Tech and MBA(preferable).
Graduates from other backgrounds who understand Technology and have a flair for Business Development are welcome.
Must possess good communication skills and should enjoy interacting with key decision makers of corporates and institutions.
Should be comfortable working in a boutique Analytics organisation.
He is expected to travel frequently, particularly to other Metros.

Background: IProcess is an Analytics focused company based in Hyderabad. We provide end-to end capabilities to clients for Analytics Solutions, Implementation, Training & Resources. We are Learning Solutions Partner to Microsoft and are the only Accredited Training Partner to SAS (the Global leader in Analytics software) in Telangana & A.P. We are also implementation partner to SAS India for Mid-Market Corporates. We work extensively with clients to provide them Analytics resources on Contract and Full time.

Analytics Training: As a Microsoft Learning Partner and a SAS Accredited training partner we provide training across domains across the Analytics cycle, specifically on Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Management. These instructor led Official Curriculum courses are delivered by Accredited trainers (some who are IIM and IIT background) lead to Global certifications (administered from our center). This activity carried out under the brand name “Lodestone Learning”, started in April’12 is already an established player in Analytics training in Hyderabad. These trainings cover graduates and above with 0-15+ years of work experience. During this period our focus has been on Public training from our center at Punjagutta with marketing efforts directed in Hyderabad. Analytics Resources: Focused on domestic clients, this covers three profiles: a) Students (0-15+years work experience) trained by us to be provided placement assistance b) Analytics resources provided to corporate on Full time and c) Analytics resources provided to corporate on contract. The activity clubbed with IT resources business of our associate firm has a good presence across leading IT and Analytics clients. We now wish to have an independent focus on providing Analytics resources to domestic clients across India.
Analytics Solutions: Analytics solutions are procured by large clients in a combination of Software sales, Implementation services and Consulting. In conjunction with SAS India we provide these to domestic clients.
Analytics outsourcing: IProcess has been an outsourcing provider to clients in Australia and U.S. on back office accounts services. We are now focused on building an Analytics outsourcing activity across platforms.
