Responsible for managing financial targets, revenue and margin
Maintain strong relationship with Onshore teams and management to drive business growth
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Process Excellence, Transformation initiatives to deliver value to Organization
Build and drive risk framework, culture to minimize risk events, errors, losses.
Flexibility to work in different shifts to suit business outcomes and stretch to meet needs of the organization.
Influence the behavior and mindset of people to build the culture of accountability and results based work environment
Communication and escalation of financial, operational and reputational risk to Wipro/Client Senior management.
Support Wipro Management to pitch for new customers/business
