Position: Manager Internal Audit (Business Process Controller)

Job Purpose:
Performing NFCM/SOX 404 operations including testing upload of results and re-mediation activities as required
Proactive review and identification of control gaps in the areas of Finance, sourcing, IT, HR and Capex.
Support the re-mediation activities in close collaboration with the function teams
Manage multi stakeholder projects for implementation of SOP roll out, HR controls, Capex project controls etc.
Support BPCR execution across geographies
Align/coordinate all compliance activities from a unit perspective
Responsible to initiate & execute process improvements and automation of reports, to eliminate manual effort and waste
Responsible for analyzing reports and highlighting or flagging off unusual trends
Responsible for providing periodic updates to the unit management team on compliance initiatives
Experience:
Audit experience mandatory (internal – at least 3 years).
SOX Compliance, Internal Control Review, Testing
Project Management skills.
Overall, at least 5-6 years post qualification experience in complex, multinational business setup preferably big 4 exp
