Description

•Assisting team members with daily marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
•Supporting in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating materials.
•Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and activities.
•Writing and maintaining status reports with external agencies.
•Creating and assisting stakeholders with the maintenance of marketing calendars.
•Sourcing and assisting with production of artwork, print buying and checking copy.
•Coordinating and organizing work flow with internal stakeholders.
•Traffic management for design team and overseeing graphic design and artwork.
•Liaising and coordinating with external agencies and campaigns.
•Managing the internal process with all quotations, LPOs raised and invoices.
•Administration support activities for the marketing department.

Skills Required:

•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
•Confident communicator with the ability to take initiative.
•Ability to multi-task and manage several tasks at once.
•Detailed oriented, process oriented and deadline driven.
•Extremely organized with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
•Excellent English writing skills is desirable.

Qualifications:

•2-4 years’ administrative experience.
•UAE experience is mandatory.
•Experience with marketing teams or marketing materials is desirable.
•Proficient in Microsoft package.
•Exceptional Excel skills is mandatory.
