The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for:
– Planning & execution of marketing activities within the available resources to generate enquirers to achieve the sales objectives.
– Planning & execution of all lead management activities
He is also responsible to liaison for implementing various marketing programs & give feedback on a regular basis.
1 Planning of a marketing calendar & lead management activities
Detailed planning to achieve targeted prospects. Should be done in coordination with marketing communications team
Inputs from sales team + market for the planning the enquirer target and test drive plan.
Planning of all lead management activities – enquirer registration in the system, tele calls for marketing campaigns.
Optimum use of the available resources to be made.
Planning to focus upon the minutest details of the market product competitor activities.
2 Execution of the activities
Execute activities to achieve desired results.
Enquiry reporting as per the directives.
Coordinate closely with team for any support.
Ensure adherence of CI guidelines while executing all activities.
3 Feed On marketing activities + sales update
On competitor activities
On activities executed such as events + ad campaigns
Prepare a post activity report after each event on Things gone right & Things gone wrong
Maintenance of the records of the activities carried out for future reference.
