Job Description:
Dear Candidate,
Mega Opportunity for Linux Administrator
Mandatory skills
At least 2 years experience with troubleshooting in an end-user environment.
You understand how web communication protocols work (http, DNS, UDP etc) and how to identify issues
Ability to recognize common patterns in exceptional stack traces and route service requests to the appropriate engineering team
You hate wasting time and have automated manual tasks using scripts, scheduled tasks, batch jobs, compiled code, cron jobs etc, in a Windows and Linux environment
Networking.
Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, and knowledge of Linux/Windows network administration
Some experience with Linux and Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, etc)
Configuration management experience. Puppet, Chef, etc.
Hardware support.
Understanding of, and experience with RAID configurations, server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
