Johannesburg: Michael Phelps is all set to taste a spoonful of fatherhood as the Olympic swimming superstar recently welcomed his baby boy.
The 30-year-old swimmer announced the birth of his son Boomer on May 7 through his Instagram account, reports News24.com.
Phelps said that his fiancee Nicole Johnson gave birth on May 5 and posted a picture of himself cradling the infant at Johnson’s bedside.
He captioned the snap, “Welcome Boomer Robert Phelps into the world!!! Born 5-5-2016 at 7:21 pm !!! Healthy and happy!!! Best feeling I have ever felt in my life!!!” (ANI)
