Hyderabad: A meeting of the Minorities Welfare Committee of Telangana Assembly is scheduled to take place on Saturday 27th August in the Committee Hall of Telangana Assembly. Mr. Amer Shakeel, TRS MLA of Bodhan who is the chairman of the committee will preside over the meeting. A review of the Minorities Residential Schools will be made. The members of the committee will visit these schools in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The proposed visit of the committee members to Ajmer will also be finalized in the meeting. This committee also proposes to visit Civil Service Coaching Center of Hamdard University, New Delhi. It will request Hamdard University authorities to setup their coaching center in Hyderabad also. The members of the committee propose to negotiate with the Govt. of Rajasthan for the construction of a guest house in Ajmer for the pilgrims of Hyderabad.
It may be mentioned that Govt. of Telangana has allocated Rs. 5 crore for the construction of a guest house in Ajmer to facilitate the pilgrims of Hyderabad.
