Minority Welfare Committee to complain against Hyderabad Collector

Hyderabad: Minority Welfare Committee of Telangana Legislature expressed anger over District Collector Hyderabad who did not attend the meeting despite being served notice. Chairman Amer Shakeel and committee members have decided to made complaint with Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma against the attitude of District Collector.

According to sources letter had been sent to Collector Hyderabad by Legislative Committee to attend a meeting on Saturday. Officials are bound to attend the house committee meeting.

The committee has decided to invite Director Education Department and other officials in the next meeting as the meeting will discuss problems of higher education among minorities. Committee proposed to hand over the work of printing Urdu syllabus books to Urdu Academy. Next meeting will be held on September 21.
