Mohammed Pahelwan gets warm welcome at Barkas, police disperse mob

Hyderabad: Mohammed Pahelwan received a warm welcome when he reached Barkas. The procession of the supporters of Mohammed Pahelwan was stopped at Owaisi Hospital and a thorough check was made. When the procession reached his house at Barkas, the police dispersed the mob and forced the owners of the house to put off the lights.

It may be noticed that South Zone Police unnecessarily acted smart in a partisan manner. It is also reported that senior police officials went to Mohammed Pahelwan’s house and forced his visitors to vacate. They also forced him to put off the lights of the house.

It may be mentioned that after the release from Cherlapally Jail, Mohammed Pahelwan reached his house along with his elder brother, Yonus bin Omer Yafai and others. On his arrival at his residence, his family members warmly welcomed him.

Talking to newsmen, Mohammed Pahelwan said that he is happy that 10 accused persons were exonerated by the court for which he is grateful to Allah (SWT). He also said that he has full faith in Judiciary. He declared that very soon, he would approach High Court against the judgment pronounced by the Sessions Court in respect of four persons who were convicted. He expressed his confidence in the judiciary and said that they would get justice.

He further told that he is neither a liar nor a person to take false oaths standing in the Masjid. Police took photographs of the visitors who had come to welcome Mohammed Pahelwan. Task Force and local police harassed the persons who were released by the court. It is also reported that Chandrayangutta Police threatened Mohammed Pahelwan.
