Renowned Advocate Prakash Goud who was the Chief Counsel of Mohammed Pahelwan passes away from Cardiac arrest.
Mohammed Pahelwan who is an accused in Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case in Chandrayangutta. It has been decided that the hearing of this case would be held daily from 10th February in Nampally Criminal Court, Hyderabad. But now with the demise of his Counsel the attack case adjourned till 24 March.
It may be noted that police had arrested Mohammed Pahelwan and his relatives in connection with an attack on Chandrayangutta MLA, Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi on 30th April 2011. Later, police submitted charge sheet against them. On the directions from the Supreme Court for the completion of this case within 6 months, the local court has been conducting hearing on daily basis.
Mohammed Pahelwan and others would again be presented in the court of VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally on 10th February.
