Hyderabad: South-West Monsoon is likely to hit Hyderabad on 5th June. Pre-monsoon showers will start in Telangana on 3rd June. Initially, there will be slight rain which will intensify later. Met Officials reported that Monsoon had already hit the coast of Kerala and North-Eastern States. In charge of Met office, Dr. Y.K. Reddy told that Monsoon had advanced before time.
It may be mentioned that storm “Mora” created havoc in Bangladesh as a result of which regular Monsoon advanced two days before. He hoped that Monsoon will cover A.P. and Telangana States. Rainfall will start in both the states on 3rd June. In coastal A.P. monsoon will reach on 10th June.
