Hyderabad: According to a press note issued by Controller of Examinations, Osmania University, Mr. Mohammed Mohiuddin Ahmed, Former Assistant Security Commissioner of Central Railway Protection Force has been awarded Ph.D. in Islamic Studies on his thesis “Christianity and Islam: Ideals and Realities”. He carried out research under the guidance of Dr. Shahid Ali Abbasi, Professor of Islamic Studies of OU. Mr. Ahmed passed M.A. from EFLU and later completed M.Phil from OU. He got the unique distinction of getting Ph.D. at the age of 81-years.
