Hyderabad: Mr. Aziz Husain Patron of Canadian voluntary organisation ‘Fi Sabilillah’ and Mrs. Fouzia Husaini Chief of the organisation visited ‘Kapda Bank’ launched by Siasat and patted the team.
Mr. and Mrs. Husaini had sent a canister full of clothes comprising of nearly 10000 dresses to Mr. Zahid Ali Khan. Taking the opportunity Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, in collaboration with Faiz-e-Aam Trust and Helping Hands Foundation, set up ‘Kapda Bank’ for the first time in Hyderabad. Today 80 to 100 dresses are distributed daily. Keeping in view the popularity, it was decided to expand its domain and the first branch was setup at Maula Ali in December 2016. There also dresses are distributed between 11 am to 2 pm on all working days.
After visiting the ‘Kapda Bank’ Mr. & Mrs. Husaini were very much impressed by its performance and promised to expand it at their best.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan informed that two more canisters full of clothes are to be reached soon which will be distributed among the needy in various areas of the city.
The head office of ‘Kapda Bank’ runs between 10 am to 2 pm daily at Abid Ali Khan Eye Hospital, Chaderghat. Besides clothes, shoes, sandal, ladies bags, burqas, sweaters are also distributed among the needy. Charitable persons can donate such stuff there.
