Hyderabad: Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily will preside over the book releasing function of Ms. Qamar Jamali’s novel (Aatish Raan). The function will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, 16th July at Urdu Hall, Himayath Nagar.
Padma Shree, Ms. Jeelani Banu, noted Urdu fiction writer will release the book. Prof. Baig Ehsas, Former Head of the Dept. of Urdu, University of Hyderabad, Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Secretary of Urdu Academy, Noorul Hasnain (Aurangabad) and Mr. K. P. Bhandari will be the guests of honour. Prof. Naseemuddin Farooq, Dean, Faculty of Arts, MANUU, Dr. Amena Tahseen, Associate Professor, Dept. of Women’s Studies, MANUU, Dr. Habeeb Nisar, Associate Professor of Urdu, University of Hyderabad and Mr. Khaja Kamaluddin, Chairman, Farhatullah Baig society (USA) will address the gathering. Dr. Mohammed Zahid ul Haq, Asst. Professor of Urdu, University of Hyderabad will conduct the function.
