Mumbai: Singer Yash Wadali who was arrested for allegedly molesting a woman, was granted bail by Magistrate court on Saturday.
According to the sources, Yash filed for pre-arrest bail on Thursday but the Police arrested him before his plea could be heard.
According to the complaint filed by the victim, the incident took place at a birthday party in Goregoan(West) on Wednesday in which the singer and the woman both were present, the singer molested her while singing a song.
The woman who is 39 years old, alleged that the singer pulled the collar of her top and molested her.
According to the Police, the woman requested the singer for a song, but the singer claims “the woman was very drunk and not in her senses” and that “she was constantly abusing him and threatening him.”
