Naidu confers with Kurnool TDP leaders

Vijayawada: Amidst reports of a YSRCP MLA from Kurnool joining the TDP, Chief Mnister and TDP president Chandrababu Naidu today held a meeting with party leaders belonging to Kurnool district.
The meeting lasted for about two hours and it was reported that TDP supremo discussed various issues, including political situation and joining of YSRCP MLA Bhooma Nagireddy. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister K E Krishnamurthy and Shilpa brothers.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Shilpa Brothers said Chandrababu Naidu assured them to protect their interests and opined some decisions have to be taken for strengthening the party. Chandrababu Naidu wanted to discuss with district party leaders before giving a green signal to those who wanted to join the ruling party. (NSS)
