AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today assured that his government would ensure quick development of the mandals which were merged with the State from Telangana State.
The Chief Minister, for the first time, visited these merged mandals and launched various welfare programs at mandal headquarters. He said people of these mandals will not be subjected to any injustice and the government would ensure their development.
Addressing a public meeting organized on the occasion, the Chief Minister said his government would provide employment and education to their children as most girijans of these mandals depended on forest resources. (NSS)
