Hyderabad: CM of A.P., Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu arrived in Hyderabad from Amaravati and made an attempt to call on the Governor yesterday but due to his engagements, the Governor preferred to meet Mr. KCR.
It is expected that Mr. Naidu will make an attempt to meet Governor today. As per the engagements of the Governor today, he will attend the inaugural function of the newly constructed staff quarters within the premises of Raj Bhavan. After this function, the Governor may attend the marriage ceremony of Dr. S. Venugopala Chari’s daughter. In such a situation, Naidu’s meeting with Governor may not be possible even today.
Mr. Naidu met the family members of late Mr. P. Shiv Shanker, former Minister of HRD yesterday and recollected the past memories. He expressed his grief to the bereaved family. Later, Mr. Naidu went to the residence of Srinivas who was assassinated in America. He assured his wife, Ms. Sunitha that he would make a representation to PM for avoiding such incidents in the future.
Mr. Naidu was accompanied by senior TDP leaders, Mr. L. Ramana, President of Telangana TDP, Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, working president of Telangana TDP, Mr. E. Peddi Reddy, Mr. R. Chandrasekhara Reddy, member of Politburo and Mr. Ali bin Al Katmi.
