Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Wednesday asked Telangana Government to name the Skill Development scheme after former President Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam.
Speaking to media persons here, Ponguleti said that Dr. Kalam has played a key role in developing skills among the youth and therefore, as a mark of respect and tribute the skill development scheme should be named after him.
Speaking about ‘Cash for Vote’ case, Ponguleti asked as to why Telangana ACB did not name Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in the chargesheet. He said that Naidu should have been the main accused in the case. He asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to clarify on the issue. (INN)
