Responsible to handle Distribution/channel, develop Authorized dealers all over India, to appoint them, to train them and to maintain business relationship with them.
Develop a comprehensive territory plan for India and implement strategies to penetrate these target accounts in Segments like Water analysis, Water Treatment, Pharmaceutical and Chemical, Agriculture, Food & Beverages, Laboratory, Academic & Research Institutes, Environmental, Aquaculture etc. Industries All over India basis.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Implementing Dealer Sales Policy & strategies and making them viable.
Responsible for taking part in managing short-term and long term strategies that will ensure the growth and profitability of the company.
Responsible for achievement of Sales Target to meet the Goals of Company.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team.
Need to Travel all over India to develop sales team.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Responsible for development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Team, sales and activity performance.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Responsible for accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
Assists Sales Team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Control on expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Responsible for Receivables, due orders and C- forms collection.
