Sri Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Minister for Agriculture along with Shri C. Partha Sarathi, IAS Agriculture Production Commissioner& Secretary to Government visiting the stalls at the inaugural function of A three-day 8th National Seed Congress 2015 is being organized at HICC in Hyderabad on Tuesday. It was jointly organized by Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Government of Telangana in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. In Telangana, Rs.50.00 crore will be spent on seed production program and as many as 36,480 farmers will get 14,580 ha under the Seed Village program.
