Hyderabad: Keeping in view the staff crunch in Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committee, 7 candidates have been recruited in the committee. Since the formation of Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committee, the committee faced staff crunch and 4 employees of united Andhra Pradesh, belonging to Andhra didn’t join the duty. Hence Chairman Hajj Committee appointed 7 candidates on various posts. It is said that the appointments were made on the posts of Personal assistant (PA), Computer Operators, PRO and Attenders. Reporter of a Telugu TV Channel has been appointed as PRO. Although the recruitments are on temporary basis but they can be made permanent by seeking approval of the committee.
Objections are being raised from various quarters on the appointments, as according to reports some relatives of chairman and a recommended candidate of MLC have been appointed. According to reports two new vehicles have been purchased by the Hajj Committee. It must be noted that the present chairman of Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committee Momin Ahmed had been Chairman of Minority Finance Corporation in Telugu Desam rule.
