Position Responsibilities:
Support of Cisco UCM, IM & Presence, Unity, UCCX, TelePresence, TMS, VCS, MCUs, Wireless access points, WAN routers and routing protocols: EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
Collaboration & Network System Support Tickets. o Troubleshooting issues based on support tickets. o Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes (MACD). o Ticket Resolution. Prepare Collaboration & Network system Reports (Solarwinds & RTMT) Collaboration & Network Monitoring (Solarwinds & RTMT) Collaboration & Network system patching Update critical documentation for client (As needed) Required Skills/Qualifications:
Nice to have CCNA Certification (Route/Swift or Collaboration) Nice to have CCIE Certification Excellent interpersonal skills Strong problem solving skills LAN/WAN Networking Skills Cisco Collaboration Skills Basic Wireless Skills Recommended Skills/Qualifications:
CCNP certification (Route/Swift or Collaboration) Experience with Solarwinds A passion for technology Cisco Academy training Understanding of Collaboration, Unity, Presence, Collaboration and Video/TelePresence Architectures Knowledge or network Quality of Service and troubleshooting voice and network issues
