Union Minister Niranjan Jyothi on Saturday lashed out at Congress vice-president accusing him of launching his yatra in Uttar Pradesh eyeing Assembly elections.
The Minister was speaking after taking part in Tiranga Yatra by local BJP leaders at Palakurthy in Warangal district.
Speaking on the occasion the minister accused Congress of taking such yatras only for political mileage. She said that Sardar Patel played an important role in annexing Hyderabad state with Indian Union from the Nizam rule. She also paid tributes to Chakali Ilamma saying that she played an important role by raising a banner of revolt against the Nizam rule.
The BJP leader claimed BJP is the only party in the country that did not encourage dynasty role. BJP made a tea seller the Prime Minister of the country, the Union Minister said referring to the Narendra Modi’s past. (INN)
