Civic conditions in Al-Hasnath Colony, Tolichowki have gone for a toss. Over the past few year, residents have braved a lot of difficulties owing to an open drain in the area. Moreover, the nala is in front of Masjid Nizam Colony. The Musallies had to face hurdles during rain and locals are hating the stink spread across the area which also creating mosquito menace.
