Job Description:

Designation: Assistant Manager Location: Hyderabad US Shift Timings (6pm to 3am) Minimum Qualification: B.Com, MBA Finance No of years of Experience : Minimum 3 – 5 years in Accounts Receivables Type of Experience:
Should have experience & extensive knowledge in Accounts Receivables (O2C)
Should have done Team Leading role for at least 2 years
Should be strong in communications & should be in a position to handle tough customers
SAP knowledge
Key Accountabilities/Job Description
Team of 20 analysts that will be increased after 6 months based on performance
Should be able to understand the process and work with the team to address issues and provide resolution/direction
Work closely with customers to drive process improvements
Communicate effectively with the team and customer
Achieve/exceed SLA, process targets
Should be able to motivate the team to achieve tough targets
Should act as the SME for the team
Should be strong in communications & should be in a position to handle tough customers
Should plan and manage daily/weekly & month end tasks
Analytical skills like data crunching, process improvement, MIS report will be an added advantage
Required Skills:
Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Cash Allocation, OTC, Order to cash, exposure to SAP
Good Business Acumen
Good on Analysis
Self Starter and Good Communication
Good Excel and PPT skills
