Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target.
2. Responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location.
3. Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
4. Converting Walk Ins into Admissions.
5. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
6. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
1) Graduate / MBA with 4 years of Hard Core Sales Experience.
2) Age 23 – 34 Years..
3) Excellent communication and selling skills.
4) Sales Experience.
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
6) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
7) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
8) Education Background would be preferred.
9) Preference would be given to Candidates From Education / Time Share/Kinder Garden/Retail Banking/Financial Selling/Insurance counselors.
