Managing a team consisting of Analysts to ensure accurate system setup of membership information and maintain members in the system accurately
Assist Team Lead/Manager in the design of innovative solutions for accurately evaluating and interpreting customer contracts and monitor the status of membership setup through extensive secondary research as per the terms of the contract
Maintain knowledge of system processes and ensure adherence to standard operating proce-dures and department policies.
Resolve discrepancies related to customer information and eligibility
Responsible for the detailed analysis and validation of customer data and membership update
Keep abreast of the new products / contracts and strategies in order to be prepared for future needs assist in recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of the team
Participate/contribute to special projects as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
CA / MBA Proficient in English language 4+ years experience in financial analysis and payment processing activities with exposure of working in large teams, and experience of managing any small/medium project involving multiple stakeholders.
