Have areas of expertise such as sourcing, interviewing/assessment, team management and candidate closing.
Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create and develop measures for operational efficiency.
Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.
Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
