Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling team of 20 TME’ s
2. Generate donation for NGO from team ,by dialing on open market data and cold calling.
3. Team training, call barging, team handling and analyse the performance of each TME.
4. Achieving target as per goal sheet Daily , weekly &monthly
5. Should have experience of tele calling and team handling for out bond process.
6. Result oriented .
7. Good performance track record.
8.Min 2 years on team leader profile ( Cold calling outbound process)
9.Preparing Reports
10.Good Excel Knowledge
