The Role
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

14.Knowledge about first aid procedures, fire procedures, and health and safety procedures

16.Up-to-date with the local and global industry trends
17.Update in coordination with the Operations Manager and the Executive Chef the menus and recipe costing based on the demand and financial targets
18.Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure that all cashiers accounts are balanced, and no discrepancy is reported
19.Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety
20.Discipline employees appropriately according to policies and procedures
21.Create and maintain the employee schedule and track absenteeism
22.Supervise employee breaks and make sure all staff members are available during rush hours
23.Provide for training to ensure performance objectives are met
24.Provide leadership and team building for staff
25.Provide instruction for employees and coach them to improve learning and enhance performance

26.Handle all customer related complaints and submit a monthly report to the Operations Manager
27.Investigate and resolve food quality issues and service complaints

University Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in hotel management.
Specialist knowledge: Should have worked in big hotels or restaurants
working experience in Reputed Cafe like Star bucks / Barista/Americana will be advantageous
Only people with exposer in hotels and hospitality industry apply.
Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years’ experience with strong F&B and coffee shops background
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability to deal with individuals from various and ethnic backgrounds
Making appropriate decisions with minimum supervision
Alertness and attention to details
Proactive approach
Stress tolerance
Language Fluency: English & Arabic (Must)
Current Location: UAE only
