Irwin & Dow are currently seeking a Brand Activation Manager for an internationally renowned brand. As Brand Activation Manager for the Gulf region, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Brand Manager and be responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of promotions and activations for instantly recognised worldwide brands. A large focus on the role will be placed on events and ensuring that the brands are highly visible in order to solidify the brand’s category leading position and you will also provide full evaluation to continuously improve the ROI. In addition to this the successful candidate will consistently track the brand performance, proposing improvements to cross functional strategies and plans whilst working with the Sales, Finance, Logistics and Marketing teams to seek out and identify new business opportunities.
In order to apply for this vacancy candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within FMCG or hospitality brand activation on the agency or client side, alongside a strong skill set in brand positioning, consumer segmentation and negotiation coupled with the capability to manage stakeholders and a healthy marketing budget. Candidates must also possess strong data analysis skills & abilities in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Marketing degree and have excellent time management skills, creativity and be extremely performance driven.
