Job Description:

Plan, formulate and execute competitive business/marketing strategies to meet overall business objective. Identify potential market needs and structural changes and be versatile to plan ahead for upgrading the competitive edge of the company.
Build effective partner and customer relationship management initiatives in order to maintain close rapport with new and existing business partners, foster new business partnerships or venture into new, untapped market which will bring the Company to greater heights of success.
Oversee timely and accurate financial reports, analyses, interpretations, and advice’s are produced in compliance with internal reporting and external regulatory requirements, as well as any other reports on operational effectiveness and variances for management review. Ensure financial expenditure is within budget.
Provide leadership in all elements of business, including but not limited to the provision of quality advice on areas that could affect the legal or regulatory risk to the Company, improvement of brand awareness, compliance to local statutory requirements/standard of operations, as well as Groups policies & procedures.

Education-

UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S – Management
PG:M.Tech – Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM – Finance, Marketing
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

Academic Qualifications:

Degree in any Engineering/ Business/ Marketing/ Finance or its equivalent.
Minimum of 12 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position with full responsibility in running a business operation.
Good understanding of the social, political and economic background of the country.

Work Experience:

Strong leadership, with good understanding of cultural diversity & legal framework within different geographical locations.
Exposure in the steel industry, preferably in the manufacturing of seamless pipes.
Understand the drivers leading to business success and demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; strong persuasive and convincing capabilities.

Incumbent should be able to demonstrate the ability to understand, decide, and act accordingly in the best interest of the company.
