Job Description:

Title: Chief Operating Officer

Purpose : Lead all-India operations/service delivery function across service lines, customers and geographies while complying with SLAs/quality norms and ensuring cost effective/high quality service deliver resulting in beneficiary delight.

Work location:Hyderabad.

Traveling:Medium to High (Travel to locations for client discussions/meetings, reviews & audits).

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Heading all-India operations/service delivery function across service lines, customers and geographies
End-to-end ownership of SLAs, processes and the Operations team(s) across the organisation
Responsible for meeting sustainable margins for all projects (meeting pre-set financial goals). Managing finances of the project (s). Ensuring timely billing/invoicing and responsible for timely receivables for all projects
Deploying new projects across India. Support teams working to acquire new projects and participate in pre-bid and bid presentations/meetings
Meeting SLAs and all project and delivery deadlines and turnaround times without compromising on quality norms. Monitoring and coordinating development/review of Service Level Targets from time to time
Responsible for beneficiary delight. Also, building and maintaining healthy relations with clients, ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Positioning organisation as a thought leader in the community and amongst the stakeholders.
Handling Client escalations.
Responsible for compliance to policies, processes and SOPs across projects. Also, devising & implementing new process improvements giving significant benefits to both company & Client.
Ensuring compliance & facilitating internal/external operational audits within the organization with timely closure of audit gaps, if any.
Responsible for comprehensive & effective MIS reporting. Preparation & presentation of monthly & quarterly updates for higher management, Client & other Stakeholders.
Growing and developing team/leaders. Maintaining & sustaining motivational level of team. Identifying the team’s training & development needs, designing and developing the appropriate training program and coordinating with support groups.
Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual project reviews and performance appraisals etc.
Collaborate with other HODs and contribute to the organisational direction

Salary: INR 30,00,000 – 40,00,000 P.A

Desired Profile:

Experience:

15-20 + years in operations of large and multiple projects across service lines and geographies
Proven experience in meeting SLAs and project/delivery/turnaround time deadlines adhering to quality norms
Handling and resolving client escalations
Experience in MIS reporting, compliance & facilitating internal/external operational audits.

Skills:

Good networking and people management skills with proven people leadership
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Strong in planning, execution and management of operations in a project organisation/environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.
