Job Description:

Our client operates a chain of over 10 outlets of an Internationally popular brand of Fast food, known for its iconic dishes. This position will manage a team of 20 managerial team and an overall team in excess of 300 members and a revenue of over US$ 100 Million.

The primary responsibilities include P&L accountability, day to day operations of all the units, oversee central production facility, expansion to new areas, feasibility analysis etc.

Requirements:

We are looking for Western educated senior professionals with over 20 years of experience of managing an international brand of QSR/casual dining brand including atleast 5 years in the GCC region.

The ideal candidate would be someone with a minimum bachelor’s degree and preferably with a Masters in Management with a solid track record of success in launching a F&B brand in a new market and taking the concept from the drawing board to final execution.
