We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Quantity Surveyor to join our award winning team based within our Jeddah Office.

This critical role will be responsible for providing accurate cost and quantity estimates for building and infrastructure services on internationally recognized mega-projects.

Requirements
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

* Proven ability to manage directing, planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project.

* Preparing the bill of quantities and progress reports.

* Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering.

* Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects.

* Working knowledge of FIDIC.

* Basic knowledge of general design and construction activities for mixed-use development projects.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Engineering.

Chartered status with RICS is preferred.
