Urgent Requirement for Content Manager at US Based E – Commerce Company
We are hiring for world’s Largest E – Commerce Company
Position: Content Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate (any degree)/ Post Graduate
Experience: 6- 8 years of experience in content management / content delivery roles
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Engage with the stakeholders at SHC to understand the guidelines (tone and voice) for different verticals. Create sample content and get go-ahead on scaling up.
Hire writers and editors to ramp up the enrichment efforts without compromise on quality.
Create a phased training plan for all new joiners and conduct frequent 1:1s to set expectations and ensure adherence.
Develop, organize and maintain information in the form of SOPs.
Create trackers and engage in frequent check-in calls with the SHI/SHC team to share status update and best practices.
Improve the effectiveness of content by analyzing user data, redefining data classification, improving content quality.
Ensure practice / competency / enabling function documents, including qualifications and proposal materials, and case and reference materials are up-to-date, of high quality, and readily available.
Define, maintain and execute a QoQ Strategy Plan, including establishing metrics and measurement targets.
Skills Required:-
6 to 8 years of experience in content management / content delivery roles
At least 2 years of experience leading and scaling up a content team (writers and editors)
Deep domain experience particularly in adherence to style guides (in-house or industry standard) and an understanding of the nuances involved in creating product descriptions for consumers in the US (experience writing/editing content for the US marketplace is highly preferred)
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting; collaboration across multiple stakeholders across the organization
Proven leadership skills, including teambuilding, performance improvement and conflict resolution
CTC: 19 LPA
