Job Description:
Manage order fulfillment cycle for stock & sale order and direct orders.
Co-ordinate with factories globally to expedite delivery
Conduct regular reviews of backlog orders, share updates with commercial teams and customers, work closely to maximizing revenue.
Co-ordination with CHA and Operations team on Custom Clearance, duty payment and transportation at Warehouse.
Co-ordination for Dispatches and share Shipping documents to customers.
Inventory Management.
MIS preparation and Reporting.
Ensure process compliance, work with customer to ensure Customer delight and improve Customer Allegiance Score.
3 – 7 YearsHyderabad / Secunderabad
Competency/Skills required:-
Be conversant with INCO Terms, Letter of Credit Transactions and Customer Service.
International Logistics & Documentation.
Hands of experience of SAP R/3 and JDE AS400 is preferred.
Be conversant and experienced in Excel and other MS office application.
Preference in having Customer Service roles is an added advantage
Understanding on Taxes and duties .
