Role: Senior DevOps Engineer
We are looking for DevOps professionals having experience in Configuration Management and Environment Management
Perform continuous integration / continuous deployment operating methodologies from conceptual phase through to steady state
Manage test environments involving the stakeholders, the challenge will be to transform an already functional environment opposed to creating a new environment
Manage small to medium environment management projects
Interact with developers, system administrators and management
Prepare status reports , clearly define requirements, provide presentations / training materials and create clear and concise documentation
Liaise across all support areas in the organization and ability to work in a DevOps operating model
Demonstrable experience in all stages in the life cycle of Environment Management
Should have a very good understanding about AWS cloud.
Should have a passion for automation and tool creation.
Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting.
Experience with build tools (Jenkins, maven, Gerrit).
Should have good hands-on experience in Chef
Understand network fundamentals including firewalls, load-balancers, etc
Extensive Automation Development experience in Chef, Puppet, Dockers and Ansible
Should have experience with chef cookbook, recipes, test kitchen and berkshelf
Should be very good hands on experience on shell scripts
Working experience with an agile scrum development environment (Agile Methodology)
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Adept at prioritizing multiple issues in a high-pressure environment.
Understand complex architectures and comfortable working with multiple teams
Ability to define environment strategy in a managed services environment especially in a DevOps operating environment with end to end knowledge of SDLC
Must have excellent communication skills to provide high level management support to all stakeholders involved
Must be competent in team working, providing excellent customer service, making good decisions and bringing innovation to problem solving.
Salary:INR 5,00,000 – 13,00,000 P.A. Not a constraint to right fit
