Job Description:
Amazon is looking for ERC Specialist role based out of Hyderabad to handle payroll process. This position will be required to engage with HR stakeholders, HR compliance, Business, Payroll vendor, support functions including Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, Facilities and Employees with the objective to ensure accurate and timely payment.
Responsibility will include compiling inputs from tickets and emails, making calculations, driving sessions on policies or process as need arises, capturing inputs in Psoft, running weekly checks on Psoft data & MyTime data then working with internal teams to change or correct data to ensure data accuracy before the interface runs and publishing dashboards at define frequency.
