Job Description:

To ensure that all process parameters of ingredients, weight, batch mixing, process parameters, packaging standards and finished products parameters are according to the set standards.
Responsibilities also include filling out inspection forms and reports related to activities carried out.
To ensure quality of the finished product, as well as process parameters are in the established tolerance limits.
To ensure primary and secondary packaging of the product are followed under standard guidelines and packaging defects are addressed.
To ensure that the allowable rejection as per BOM are in the established tolerance limit.

Operational Responsibilities:

To check production lines conformity to hygienic standards prior to production start.
To make sure that moulds, cutters, conveyors are clear and free from humidity by performing one trial run prior to
production start.

To check ingredient weight against standard process procedures
To check process parameters against standard process procedures.
To check the finished goods and product standards.
To carry in line reading, such as net weight, Percent (%) moisture, wrapping and sealing property & integrity.
To collect samples from each production line on daily basis.
To inform the reporting authority of any deviation from standard and corrective action taken.
To fill in inspection reports for documentation and report compilation.
Take appropriate corrective action if Lines that do not conform to general hygienic standards.

In case of major & critical quality deviation, report to the reporting authority who has the authority to stop the line in case of necessity.
Recommend adjustments to Production/packaging supervisors for finished products defects and variation from standards.
Rejection monitoring & control.
