A Graduate with Min Experience of 10 years having diploma in IIHMCT & AN ( Indian Institute of Hotel Management catering technology and Advanced Nutrition ) or professional degree in Hotel management of min 5 years with experience in a 5 star Hotel or organization of repute having expertise in following :
1. Front office Operations Different type of Hotels, Reservation Procedures , Guest Tracking
2. Hospitality Softwares Fidelio
3. F&B Service , Banquets , Dining Etiquettes, Table Manners and Table layout,
4. Housekeeping Operations
6. Different types of Menu
7. F&B Production , Menu Planning , Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages
8. Emergency Services
9. In-flight Services and meals served on board
10. Various types of cutlery
11. Room servicing and different type of rooms
