My client is a thriving and developing entrepreneurial organization, who are in the midst of rapid change and need to embed the previous growth and evolve a new unified culture. Therefore, a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR Business Partner role has arisen. The role is a stand alone position and will report into the CEO and President of the company.

Duties will include;

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Leading on key HR projects around Talent Management, Behavioral Change, Employee Engagement
Main point of contact within the region for escalated Employee Relations
Providing support to senior stakeholders and HR peers on organisational design and restructuring issues.
Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies within HR processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements
You will be extremely driven and able to build strong relationships, whilst projecting a positive and professional attitude.
Demonstrable experience as a generalist HR professional
Hands on proactive attitude person who can work with autonomy in a face paced environment
Proven experience delivering significant HR projects
The confidence and ability to influence Senior Operational Managers and manage your own agenda.
