Job Description:
JD of HR Executive Profile.
Will report to Regional Head HR in Hyderabad,
1. Recruitment:
a. Manpower Planning (Maintaining Database of short-listed candidates)
b. Sourcing candidates (ERS, Job Portals, Newspaper, Manpower consultants, field etc)
c. Planning and conduct of interviews as part of the Recruitment and Selection processes.
d. Salary negotiation with selected employees.
e. Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter to regular & FTC.
2. Induction:
a. Carry out induction of new recruits. Will be responsible for issue of ID cards, uniforms, Security clearance, Briefing about the site etc.
3. MIS:
a. Daily Reports
b. Monthly HR report.
Salary: INR 2,75,000 – 3,75,000 P.A.
