The Role
Our Client, an international company in manufacturing and retail business is currently looking for HR Manager in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be having the responsibility of managing entire HR Department for the organization and to help in designing, developing and implementation of HR core matters. The role with involve directly reporting to the General Manager.
Key responsibility
– Develop, implement and recommend recruitment strategy in local & international market.
– Designs, develop and maintain the HR policies and procedure .
– Continue to orient and brief staff about the organizational needs.
– Design, recommend and implement Performance evaluation along with KPI of each role.
– Monitor the compensation and benefit structure.
– Design and should be involv in training need analysis and maintain training calender.
– Manages the hiring and communicatio with the laborers. Should be efficient in it.
– Should have hands on exposure in HR operation.
– Experience in interacting with senior management.
Requirements
– Arabic Speaking Candidate (Fluent in writing/ reading and speaking)
– Must have experience with 8 – 12 years of Hr experience in manufacturing & retail industries.
– Travelling to various sites of Abu Dhabi will be involved.
– Only Male applicant is required
– Should be excellent communicator
– Should know how to handle a team.
