Areas of Accountability
Lead the technical team to deliver projects on time and on-quality
Manage the L2 and L3 support and liaise with L1 support teams
Review necessary technical specifications and other artifacts produced by the team
Understand business process and help create any supporting documents
Onboard and manage the team on a day to day basis with respect to performance and daily task management
Provide necessary trainings to the team members.
Work with other BIS teams and other stakeholders as necessary.
Periodic work performance status reporting and other management reporting
Communicate delivery and support expectations/timelines to team members and stakeholders
8+ years of experience inÂ one or more systems such as ERP â€“ Finance, Order To cash or CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite
2+ years of managerial experience leading a team of professionals
Excellent Communication skills
Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Attention to details
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Exposure to full SDLC processes
Exposure to support processes
Certified in ITIL
Project Management Skills
Data Analysis using Excel
Basic presentation skills using PowerPointÂ
Knowledge of Support Management tools and Issue tracking tools such as ServiceNow , Remedy, JIRA will be nice to have.
