The Role
Urgently required to join a leading international contractor in Abu Dhabi to work on large scale Oil & Gas construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and contractual support during the tendering stages and ensuring smooth transition upon award by supporting the Project Manager from the early mobilization phase through all project stages until the successful project completion.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 20 years of experience, including 10 years with a Construction Contractor’s organization working on a breadth of heavy Construction Mechanical projects as Project Director
In-depth knowledge of several project functions with high level of EPC experience/exposure; Engineering/Design exposure will be an advantage.
Has attained Project Director on site based project(s) exceeding $500M with minimum 5 years of proven managerial and leadership abilities;
Fluent in written and spoken English
