We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.
This critical role will be responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, and managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a retail fitout project.
Requirements
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
* Participate in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures for retail fit out projects.
* Organize/manage design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases.
* Participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports and minutes of meeting.
* Provide leadership, guidance and advice to the project team.
* Ensure work is conducted with quality assurance protocols.
* Identify and resolve issues, including management, technical or administrative, to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.
* Oversee construction as required.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years’ of career experience partnered with a Bachelor in Architecture. Candidates whom possess experience of working on retail fit out projects in Airports will be viewed favourably.
