The Role
PSR are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for an outstanding client located in Abu Dhabi. The business, a regional design, project management and development consultant are known for their exceptional standards and attention to detail across a range of projects, including hospitality, residential, commercial and retail developments. This boutique company would be a brilliant home for an experienced project manager with strong architectural knowledge and the ability to handle projects from concept to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager is key to providing a remarkably high-level of management across the full project life cycle, from initial concept, through detailed design, development and finally project handover. It would be expected that, in this role the Project Manager would apply an outstanding level of leadership to local and international clients, whilst working on the design and delivery of projects here in the MENA region, including hospitality, residential, commercial and retail developments. To qualify for this role, you will have strong architectural experience and will be able to demonstrate a stable career history over a minimum of 10 years, having worked on the design and project management of multiple high-specification projects.
* High level architectural design orientated professional with ability to not only manage a team of in-house designers but also be comfortable in front of senior officials and clients
* Superb technical understanding is key, coupled with the willing to share knowledge with the next generation of designers and project managers
* Managing resources working on the project and the full scope of work & deliverables
* Manage schedule and project cost
* Hands on professional with ability to take various projects from concept to delivery

Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Architecture – minimum requirement
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience working within the architectural / project management industry
* Influential as an individual and in a leadership position
* Ability to manage and develop key client relationships
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Project or Smart Sheet (preferred)
* Exceptional communicator
* Experience in UAE is required
* English: Advanced level
